Why am I unable to print documents in a computer lab?

  1. Computers are set to print 10 pages per print request. If the document is more than 10 pages you will need to send a print command multiple times. Remember pages 1-9 is 10 pages.
  2. Check the printer - it could be out of paper or have too many print jobs which has stalled the printer. Contact IET Services Helpdesk if there are multiple print jobs waiting to be printed. To determine the number of print jobs double click on the printer icon in the lower right hand corner of the taskbar.
  3. You may have ran out of allowable pages to print. Contact IET Services Helpdesk at 473-6421.
