Continuing Education at LSUA offers credit, non-credit, and professional courses in a wide range of topics, from art to recreation to languages to technology. Whether you're a student, working professional, stay-at-home parent, non-native English speaker, preschooler, baby boomer, or just looking to learn something new, Continuing Education has something for you. 

 

 

 

Who can use Continuing Education?

Anyone interested in developing themselves personally for hobbies, or professionally, such as people who need continuing education credits to prepare for exams or to renew certain professional licensing (i.e. Notary Public Prep & Healthcare CEUs)

 

What does non-credit mean?

Non-credit means that the classes do not count for college credit - the classes are shorter, and are usually offered during evenings and weekends. There are typically no exams required.

 

What type of courses do you offer?

We are continuously expanding our offering of courses each semester in areas such as Computers & Technology, Exam Preparation & Certification, Personal Enrichment, Health & Wellness, and Professional Development. What type of "community programs" are offered by Continuing Education?
