Kinesiology students have the opportunity to pursue a concentration in one of three areas including health and physical education, sports management and administration, or health and fitness studies.  LSUA’s program provides students with a comprehensive foundation that includes core courses in health, nutrition, physical conditioning, motor learning, and exercise physiology.  Kinesiology often attracts students who are fitness oriented and wish to pursue careers designed to help others throughout their lifespan.

Graduates with a BA in Kinesiology go on to pursue careers in athletic training, exercise physiology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, personal training, physical education/coaching, and sports management/administration.
