LSUA Police Department Officer Marty Brown has recently been promoted to the department’s new sergeant.
“I am very pleased to welcome Albert Brown to his new appointment as Sergeant of Police. Since my employment at LSUA PD, I have worked alongside of Sergeant Brown and have the highest level of respect for his knowledge as a law enforcement officer as well as his dedication as a family man," said LSUA PD Chief of Police Donald Collins.
Brown says he is excited for the promotion and looking forward to helping make UPD the best it can be while laying the foundation for the department’s success and growth well into the future.
Brown has been at LSUA since April 2013.
