Bachelor of Science in Biology

The Bachelor of Science in Biology provides students with a strong background in basic biology while allowing each student the flexibility to choose a concentration particular to their own interests. Students may choose from one of six concentrations including: agriculture, general biology, ogranismal and field biology, pre-professional, pre-PT/OT, and secondary education. Students within the Department of Biology have the opportunity to work one-on-one with a faculty member to conduct undergraduate research and present their findings at professional conference or publish in scientific journals. Our graduates are also able to obtain admission into professional and graduate programs and are employed throughout the country.
