After reading these instructions, please fill out this online application as thoroughly as possible.
- You will need the following information:
- Dates of attendance for any college or post-secondary school you have attended including college classes taken in high school.
- ACT Scores (and approximate date) if you have taken the ACT test
- If you are seeking an F1 VISA, please print the Application Form and mail it with your $80 application/processing fee.
- Be sure to answer all items on the online application to assist in determining your admissions and residency status.
- Additional requirements (such as transcripts and immunizations) will be provided after you submit your application.
