Advising

At LSUA, advisors will guide students through every step of their academic journey. Students will have regular meetings and communication with their advisor to ensure they stay on track. During these advising sessions, students can explore their major, program requirements, course selection, extracurricular activities, future plans, and study skills.

Schedule an Advising Session

Our advisors act as navigators for your academic journey, much like a GPS. They’ll help you map out your path, ensuring you’re enrolled in the right courses to stay on track for graduation. Registration for the new Summer and Fall Admits will begin on Monday, March 30th. First time freshman will begin advising and registration on Friday, May 1st.  New students can conveniently access their advisor's information through their MyLSUA account starting March 30th or by searching below.
