What You’ll Get
Unlike some apartment complexes, our rate includes utilities and other costs, meaning there are no monthly charges for electricity, water, sewage, trash, laundry, and Internet; it’s free! All normal wear and tear maintenance is provided by our department as well. Does the smoke detector need batteries? Is the lightbulb burnt out? Don’t buy a new one! Just submit a maintenance request, and we will replace it for you.

Trained professional and student staff dedicated to creating a safe and fun community environment. A staff member is on-call 24/7 to ensure safety and immediate access to staff in case of emergency. The LSUAPD is just down the road if their services are ever needed.

All students who live on-campus during the Academic Year are required to have a meal plan. For more information about meal plans, please visit the Dining Services Website.
2026 Summer Contract (May – August)
We also offer an optional, additional three-month summer contract for residents who desire to stay with us over the Summer. This is a great option for students with summer classes, internships, or jobs near campus who want or need to remain close by. All features and facilities at the Oaks Apartments are fully available for use during the Summer semester.

2026 Spring Contract (January - May)
We offer a one-semester Spring contract as space permits. This contract starts up in January when the Spring semester starts, and ends at the same time as the full-year contract in May.
