LSUA Health Center

The LSUA Health Center is located on the first floor of Coughlin Hall next to Human Resources. Students currently enrolled at LSUA can receive treatment; health insurance is not required.

No appointment necessary but recommended. New patients need to allow 20 minutes to fill out paperwork before being seen.

Services Provided

Students can receive medical attention for non-life threatening illnesses such as:

  • Sore throat

  • Sinus and ear infections

  • Flu symptoms

  • Nausea and vomiting

  • Minor cuts

  • Urinary tract infections

  • Cough and cold

  • In house point of care testing (urinalysis, mono, influenza, covid)

  • Health education materials

Lactation room available in Coughlin Hall, first floor.  Free supplies offered.  Fridge for storage.

Services Not Provided

The LSUA Health Center does not supply Narcotics.

For life threatening medical emergencies, call 911 or proceed to the nearest hospital or emergency medical center.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Closed 1:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. for lunch
