Welcome to the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (OoDEI) at LSUA!
The OoDEI was created to advance the university’s commitment to building a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive campus that values and enables everyone to perform at their full potential. We are dedicated to promoting inclusive excellence and advocating for social justice through collaborative and sustainable partnerships across the university and within the greater community. Under the direction of the Chief Diversity Officer, the OoDEI provides vision, leadership and counsel on diversity, equity and inclusion matters and serves as a hub for information, professional development opportunities and resources.
