Become a Resident Assistant

Job Summary:

Resident advisors are selected based on leadership experience, hall residency, scholarship, and desire to help fellow residents realize their opportunities for self-development through group living. RAs are responsible for a floor or apartment unit housing approximately 50 residents.

  • $7.25/hr up to 20 hours a week
  • Not having to drive to and from campus

Additional Information:

  • Must maintain a GPA of 2.0 (Cumulative and Semester).
  • RAs will be required to pass a background check.
  • Must remain a full time student status throughout the length of employment.
