How to Return to LSUA
The process for returning depends on how long it’s been since you were last enrolled at LSUA.
You do not need to reapply for admission. Instead, complete the I Am Coming Back Form at least 10 business days before the start of the term you plan to attend.
You will need to reapply for admission through the LSUA application process before you can return.
Previously Earned Course Credits DO NOT Expire
Your course credits will still count toward your degree. However, degree curricula may change over time, and you may be required to follow the most current program requirements when you return.
Admission Requirements
Students who resigned in the previous semester (have all 'W' grades) do not have to reapply. Simply contact your academic department to schedule courses.
Students who resigned due to active military assignments within the last three years should complete the I am Coming Back form.
After this form is completed, and you have received an email from the Registrar’s office, contact the academic department to schedule courses.
All students who have previously attended LSUA are eligible for admission with the exception of:
Students who have been dismissed for disciplinary infractions
Students in suspension status - Students who are suspended may return to LSUA by:
Sitting out suspension period, or
Receiving an approved appeal from Academic Affairs. This form can be found here.
A new application for Admission may also be required.
