Event Space Reservations
The LSUA Auxiliary Services Office manages the reservation of event spaces on and around the LSUA campus. We provide a variety of rooms for events and activities, offering competitive pricing options for different groups.

Priority Use:
University Offices: Have the highest priority for using university facilities.
Recognized Organizations: This includes student organizations, faculty and staff organizations, and any LSUA affiliated groups.
LSUA Activities: LSUA activities, sponsored or co-sponsored events, and affiliated events may use rooms at no charge if the events are educational or contribute to the betterment of faculty, staff, or students.
Non-LSUA Groups:
The use of facilities by non-LSUA groups is allowed only with proper insurance coverage as mandated by the State’s Office of Risk Management.
Cancellations: Must be submitted at least two weeks before the reservation date to avoid penalties.
Setup Changes: Any changes to the event setup must be communicated no later than two days before the event date.
Required Equipment: Additional charges may apply for equipment requests not included with the reserved space.
All persons are expected to respect all facilities and the rights of others, as well as abide by University policies and all laws. Any person engaging in disorderly conduct, including verbal or physical, is subject to immediate removal.
Inclement Weather Information
If the University is closed due to inclement weather, all reservations on the LSUA campus will be automatically cancelled.
