Welcome to Auxiliary Services, located in Room 120 of Abrams Hall. Our department is dedicated to providing a range of essential services to enhance your campus experience. From issuing ID cards to managing parking and meal plans, we’re here to support you!
Vehicle Registration & Parking
All students, faculty, and staff who park on campus must register their vehicle with Auxiliary Services and obtain an LSUA parking pass.

OaKard Identification Card
When first enrolled at the university, students are issued photo identification cards at no cost. The ID card, OaKard, is the property of the university. Students who alter or intentionally mutilate a University ID card, who use the card of another, or who allow others to use their ID cards may be subject to university discipline. A $25 charge is assessed to replace a lost, stolen, or mutilated ID card. If a replacement card is issued, the original card is no longer valid and cannot be made valid.
An identification card may be obtained in Auxiliary Services, Room 113 of Abrams Hall, during registration periods only after registration fees are paid. Identification cards may also be replaced during the semester in Auxiliary Services. If you are unable to come to campus, you may see how to mail your request below.

* If a student wants to put money in his/her OaKard account, a Value Added Kiosk is located in the Student Center, Library, and in The Oaks Activity Center.
LSUA students can conveniently obtain their OaKard by following these steps and submitting the required documents via email to auxiliaryservices@lsua.edu. Please include all documents and information in one email, except the photo, which will be uploaded through the myLSUA portal.
What’s Required?
Student ID Number: Found in Self-Service under the Profile Tab in Account Information.
Format: Place a "P" in front of the number and exclude dashes (e.g., P000xxxxxx).
Proof of Current Enrollment: A screenshot of your schedule from Self-Service.
Government-Issued ID: A photocopy or scan of your valid government-issued identification (e.g., driver’s license, passport).
Passport-Quality Photo: Submit through MyLSUA.
Criteria:
Face and shoulders only from a straight angle.
Solid white or lightly colored background with no patterns or textures.
No head coverings (hats, decorative scarves, sunglasses, etc.).
Full face in good lighting with no shadows.
Steps to Submit Your Photo:
Log into myLSUA.
Click the dropdown arrow on the far right of the top menu (in the purple bar).
Click "Profile".
Click "Change Picture".
Click "Select Picture".
Check the box "Send to OaKard Office to use on your OaKard".
Additional Information
If you need your ID card mailed to an address different from the one on your legal ID, please specify this in your email.
Once all the required documents have been submitted to our office, we will generate your OaKard and prepare it for delivery.
