Meet the Dean

Jeff Langston, MHA

Dean, LSUA College of Health & Human Services

Jeff Langston brings a wealth of experience from a diverse healthcare background. He joined LSUA after serving as Vice President of Operations at Rapides Regional Medical Center, where he spearheaded numerous innovative healthcare initiatives and was instrumental in leading patient experience initiatives. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology from the University of Louisiana Monroe, and both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Louisiana State University Shreveport. He is currently pursuing an Ed.D. in Leadership Studies at LSUS, further enhancing his expertise in organizational behavior, strategic planning, and change management within healthcare settings.

Jeff leverages his extensive experience in leadership, healthcare systems, and crisis management to guide the College of Health and Human Services toward continued growth and excellence. His passion for mentorship and professional development plays a key role in shaping the future leaders of the healthcare industry.
