Student Worker - Office of the Chancellor

Student

The Office of the Chancellor is currently seeking a student worker to begin in the Fall 2019 semester. The student workers must meet the following qualifications:

  • Be a full time student (12 semester hours)
  • Have a minimum GPA of 2.0

The department is looking to hire a student worker (preferably Work Study approved) to cover the following hours:

 

Monday: 2:00 - 4:30 PM

 

Tuesday: 1:00 – 4:30 PM

Examples of work:

Greet visitors and assist or direct them to the appropriate Chancellor’s Office Staff

Answer department telephone calls and assist or transfer as needed

Maintain files

Run errands, including picking up and sorting mail

Make new folders or labels when directed

Maintain scanning documents

Assist Staff as needed

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Have a general knowledge of word processing equipment.

Display professionalism at all times.
