• Reflects self-assessment and identification of key issues related to student learning outcomes or learning environment. It can focus on challenges or enhancing strengths.
• Reflects the Mission of LSUA
• Futuristic! A plan that launches LSUA into the future and enhances learning experiences on campus
• Must be able to implement
• Identifies measurable goals that can be achieved
