LSUA Annual Transfer Open House set for May 14th

​Students interested in transferring from another college or university to LSU Alexandria should plan to attend an open house on May 14th. The event will be from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. in the Multipurpose Academic Center (MPAC) Lobby.

​Students interested in transferring from another college or university to LSU Alexandria should plan to attend an open house on May 14th.  The event will be from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. in the Multipurpose Academic Center (MPAC) Lobby.

The event is free and open to the public. Those who have previously attended another institution and want to continue their education with LSU Alexandria are encouraged to participate.

Information about LSU Alexandria’s academic programs will be available, and prospective students will have the opportunity to meet with transfer admission counselors and academic department representatives. Participants will also be given an overview of the university’s financial aid process and will be taken on a tour of the campus.

    Students who want to accelerate their college experience can begin taking fast-track courses this fall at the Learning Center for Rapides Parish. The four- and eight-week courses will be offered by LSU Alexandria.
