Wireless carriers are not liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages or undelivered messages. By participating in our SMS program, you acknowledge and accept the possibility that messages may be delayed or not delivered. We are not responsible for any issues related to message delivery, delays, or technical problems associated with your mobile device or wireless carrier service.

4.11 Eligibility

By opting into our SMS program, you represent and warrant that you are the authorized user of the mobile phone number provided. You agree that you have the right to provide this phone number and to receive SMS messages on this device. If you are providing a phone number on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have obtained that person's prior express written consent to do so.

4.12 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our SMS service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:
