What is Leadership CenLA?
Leadership CenLa is a professional development program designed to grow leadership skills, build regional connections, and strengthen Central Louisiana through engaged community leaders.
Through this eight-month immersive experience, participants will:
Cultivate regional impact through exclusive access to key sectors: economic development, healthcare, education, culture & arts, and public safety.
Connect with influential leaders across business, government, healthcare, education, and community sectors.
Strengthen leadership skills through hands-on experiences tailored to Central Louisiana's unique landscape.

Participants must agree to attend eight one-day workshops. Workshops are scheduled one day per month from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Workshops are usually held on the fourth Friday of the month. Other exceptions may apply.
The cost for the program is $1,850. This fee includes registration and materials. Light breakfast and lunches are also provided.

A limited number of participants will be selected for the program. Candidates will be selected in an effort to create a diverse and more effective class. Applications will be evaluated based on the candidate's and the organization's goals.
