B.A. in World Religions – the Bachelor of Arts in World Religions provides students with the opportunity to study and understand the major belief systems that have operated in human history.  The program offers students the opportunity to study the rituals, practices, and sacred texts that have shaped culture and profound human thought.  It broadens students’ understanding of the world and peoples by teaching them to think critically, listen empathetically, speak thoughtfully and write clearly about world religions.  Students learn to employ a variety of methodologies – including but not limited to historical-critical, philosophical, literary, and social scientific.

Career paths for World Religions Graduates – law, teaching, counseling, business, journalism, politics, writing, medicine, ministry, advertising, health care, publishing, social services professions, and graduate school or divinity school.
