Program Description
The Associate of Arts can be adapted to help students make progress in meeting the requirements of baccalaureate degrees in education and in
traditional liberal arts disciplines such as communication studies, English, geography, history, music, architecture, philosophy, journalism, languages, sociology, religion, political science, or visual and performing arts. Such students should consider the requirements of the particular baccalaureate degree they intend to pursue when they choose courses to meet the elective requirements of the Associate of Arts degree. All Associate of Arts students should consult their academic advisors for approval of all courses.
Admission Requirements
- Students must meet all requirements for admission to the university.
Degree Requirements
- Students must complete all of the requirements pertaining to associate degrees as specified on pages 72-74 of the catalog.
