Adjunct Faculty in Biology

Adjunct Faculty in Biology

Louisiana State University at Alexandria seeks applicants to augment the adjunct faculty pool in Biological Sciences. Courses for which adjunct faculty may be needed include General Biology I and II (non-majors), Human Anatomy and Physiology I and II, Microbiology, Limnology, Animal Physiology, Comparative Anatomy, and Developmental Biology. Adjunct faculty are hired on an as-needed basis.

The minimum of a master’s degree in Biology or related discipline, with at least 18 graduate hours in biology is required. Applications should include a letter of application, CV, unofficial copies of all college transcripts, and current contact information for at least 3 references. Official college transcripts, three letters of reference, and a professional writing sample will be required prior to employment.
